Santa Pola, a session to rekindle the love of orienteering if it disappears. Unfortunately I got caterpillar'd so feeling a bit itchy. Over time on foot but reasoned that the low distance and high O benefit made it worth it.

O - Night 36:10 [3] 4.8 km (7:32 / km)
shoes: X-Talons 212

Took on the N with my nighthawk lamp, some very good parts and some not so good parts. Fairly happy with the majority of my orienteering

Run 12:00 [3] 2.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: X-Talons 212

O - Training 45:00 [3] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

Corridor (Mix of very good and terrible orienteering), mainly bad when trying to run purely on compass rather than reading the features.

Then a short course, getting behind myself a bit in places but in general systems functioning well.

Cycling 2:17:38 [2]

Bike out from Alicante with Olympic Road Race Champion Bernt Johansson, Jerker Lysell, and some others. Easy pace 55km
