Went for an easy spin up to Redmires. Couple of things on the bike need some tweaking. Got up over 30 on the flat coming back from Redmires.
Big bonus of the ride was not falling off at all, even when this bus stopped suddenly.

General Fitness 45:00 [3]

Knockouts, the UEFA Cup or something I dunno. Basically we weren't really good enough to be in it. However, we played possibly the best we have ever played this year. Forced the game to extra time and then onto penalties. What with us being an English team we therefore lost on penalties... oh well
