Drove down to Ferring today to see ma granny. Legs felt a lot better today, seemed all the stretching did good. Also went to a basic tesco today and bought a whole kitchen for university, and even some food to go into next. Tomorrow on my cookery course is how to make pancakes.

Basically went down to the club to do some catching up. Felt like I was swimming more than running due to more water than I could nearly process falling on my head.

Felt some tightness in my left, inside, upper quad. Did 2 sets of the hills before my right knee starting hurting and the pain in my quad increased. Decided to call it a day so swam home.
