Basically went down to the club to do some catching up. Felt like I was swimming more than running due to more water than I could nearly process falling on my head.
Felt some tightness in my left, inside, upper quad. Did 2 sets of the hills before my right knee starting hurting and the pain in my quad increased. Decided to call it a day so swam home.
