Really good fun and an excellent challenge, had a little problem getting some gear out.

Across to Whitesands and then playing in the waves until coming back. A bit of leg cramp from the S8 but it was a lot better than the eskimo. Capsized only twice :)

Rained all day so eventually went out on a run so as not to spend all day in a tent.

Paddled around to the headland but decided it was too rough so headed across the bay and had a look at the caves. Seal came up about 5m away from us and had a good look at us.

Tried out kayak surfing at the end which was really good fun but difficult.

Got a bit of a cough, my throat feels fine but then the cough doesn't feel good and this green yellow goo came up this morning. Went driving again and did a hill start and reverse hill start.

Scottish 6 Days -
Open hillside, wore full camouflage kit which was quite warm. Went quite easy and tried to make no mistakes. Got a bit stuck on one control but still found it alright.

Won overall, something I've never managed.
