Running 15:00 [3]
The day was mostly sunny but I ran through the pouring rain and lightning to Lane Cove pool. Took Tiia and a friend “swim training” to see if they would be able to manage 50m in the upcoming school swim carnival. As Stix had decided to come with the boys there was no room left in the car for me…and we had to go then because the friends’ mum was meeting us there to pick her up at 3… so I had to run but I guess I was going to get wet anyway. The girls will make the distance but not at speed, so it remains to be seen if Tiia will front up to the starting blocks on Thurs.
