Physio yesterday has let me go, which is a bit sad as she is a fantastic motivator. Onwards from here is to keep on with balance stuff, sidejumps, step ups, strengthening glutes, abductors and....couch to 5 k. So I skipped day 1 by downloading the app too close to midnight.
Day 2 was run 1 min, walk 1.5 mins *8.
