Highgate night of the 10,000 m's - 18th, 8th British Championships
Not the best race but ok. Stomach not very happy and I felt I had to manage that during the race. Felt like it was on the verge of cramping. I think I got my eating wrong before the race. I ended up running more conservatively than I'd have liked - sitting in when I should have been moving through. A bit frustrating but ran ok considering and good enough for now. Fitness is good but I didn't get things right tonight. Start of the season still and hopefully more in the tank.
