Back feeling a bit better so I thought I'd try some threshold. Inspired by Hodkinsons revival of this classic so did 10 mins threshold, 2 mins, 10 mins of 15s on, 15s off (couldn't be bothered actually doing it as turnarounds), 2 mins, 10 mins threshold. Felt pretty good and I agree, this session is fun. Low point was when I was thresholding along a dark path and tripped over a gate knocking, among other things, my pride.
