Easy with Malley. legs felt good until I started running and then were a bit flat.

Starting back doing hills now and instead of easing myself in I went to ShUOC hills to do 4 lots of heroes. Felt good most of the way, hardest I have run in a long while. 5.37, 5.42, 5.32, 5.32, jog down recovery.

Dropped the reps but upped the load on squats today (3 x 5, 50 60 65 70 70) pretty near my limit
