Hugsett night O, Tiomila prep 2. A bit different to last night, not so much pack running. Difficult without controls, but was in the right place most of the time, even if I didn't know it at first.

Really cool night training with the two Jonny's. Running well and apart from 4, where I slightly overshot and lost 90s, no big mistakes. Hard without controls and some hesitating/small misses but happy with that.

I did headcam it but the camera wasn't pointing at where the light was pointing so it's just a very dark video of me panting.

Nice track session, felt good, pushing hard on the last km but the 200s felt easier.

4 x 1km (2.57, 57, 55, 56), 95s 200m jog recovery.

Good to do something fast after a bit of a cold.

Max seems a little off, I only got 192 when I did VO2max last year.
