Park run, way too early for anything athletic, body struggled to get moving after yesterdays epic evening run, stuck in with Schorah (who was running tempo) on the first lap and a half then picked up the pace to get a gap. Able to stride out a bit along the road but down to the finish was feeling quite terrible, so had a few glances to see where everyone was and eased up a little bit. Felt quite hard but not flat out.

Nice short session to get me into hills, legs a bit bashed after drills last night.
