SHI relay. Good run, missed a bit on the 4th and missed quite a few of the best route choices.

SHI long, pleased with shape as I felt strong for a lot of the race, but missed way too much, must have shipped 8 or 9 minutes so not too happy with that. Too much running in the vague direction and losing the plot/
