Couldn't make threshold intervals so did warm up and then the 10 min threshold, and then instead of the 1 min on 1 min off did a rep of heroes at 90%. Or at least it started at 90% as I started feeling a bit competitive when I got to about halfway. Did 5.18 which is a new PB, and its coming down every time I do it. Then jog home to get laughed at by house mates for describing it as my favourite hill.
