Orienteering 1:30:00 [2]

Hanging and collecting controls for matt. Went up kilvey hill about 7 times. Tired at the end.

Running 55:00 [3]

Jog down to front for 5km.

Decided to do 5km about half an hour before. No real aim but dewi went off the front for the first few km and decided to see how long I could stick it with him. The answer: about 2km, which we went through in 6.04. After that it was a bit of an effort to the finish but stuck with 2nd in around 16 mins. Good fun and got a beer and burger after finish for free.
