Running pretty slowly, only one real mistake and a couple of hesitations. Ankle hurting alot so sacked it in at the halfway point.

Warming up with ralph and treb

Got a really sharp pain in my ankle that wasnt going away. No idea what it was. Tried to get a physio apointment but they couldn't fit me in for tommorow. Icing it and hopefully be orite to run on the weekend..
