10 mins spinning, 3 x 8 sls, 10 box jumps, dot exercise, bar warm up (still can't do half of it) Warm up..
3 x 6 Half squats (70, 70, 80) Felt good.
3 x 6 Full squats (45, 55, 60) 60 was hard but 45 too easy. Going all the way down.
3 x 10 each side dumbbell lunges. (10)
3 x 10 each side calf raises followed straight with calf bounds x 3
6 chins, 6 dips, 6 press ups. Shoulder not liking this as a superset so only did one cut in half one.
3 x 8 Reverse Hypers
3 x 8 SB Rollouts.
