Orienteering race 1:00:00 [4] 10.0 km (6:00 / km)

Spring cup relay.

Such a shit race. Went off in the lead and made a massive (3-4mins) parrallel error on the second control. Then had a decent next few controls untill the open bit, but then messed up in the open bit. I think I went to every control that wasn't mine. Then back in the forest I started Oin better and had a really good long leg with only a little mistake towards the end. Then caught up alot of time with a couple of really good controls, got back into the lead and then lost it 3 controls from the end with a 2 min mistake where I actually saw the control but thought it wasn't mine. Then couldn't quite pass 2nd in the end.

Was running really fast but mentally/technically shit. Maybe due to lack of sleep but not really an excuse.

Spring cup.

Good race, but felt really ill.

Reasonably good technically but probably 2 mins of mistakes. Only one big one.

Orienteering 40:00 [3] 6.0 km (6:40 / km)

Run from youth hostel. Not pushing but doing about 6 mins/km on the O. Such a nice area.

Orienteering race 30:00 [4] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)

Night relay. Such a sore throat, first 6 controls went really well and was pushing but then it fell apart. Lost a bit of confidence after a mistake to 7 and was slow after that.

Orienteering 50:00 [2] 7.0 km (7:09 / km)

Some very low intensity training on area by birkerod. I hung controls for Poo Boy and then the other way around. On other note I also was awake for 21 hours today which might be why I feel crap now.

Tuesday Mar 24, 2009 #

Running intervals 1:00:00 [3] 5.0 km (12:00 / km)

Some warming up and stuff and 3 x 800m with some different speeds which I can't remember. Quite a fast but easy session.
