Welsh league up on storey arms. Was very hilly, and felt like a bit of a trek at points (no really short legs to mix it up atall, all long legs. A little bit of route choice but mostly just over or round the hills. Chose to gain/keep height in my routes as much as possible. Technically felt good except on 4 where I'm quite sure the cairn I was gunna use as an attackpoint wasn't there. Threw me a bit. Physically I felt steady if not exceptional, but it was a hot day so I may have excuses. Mentally I kept together even though there were quite alot of people out there and could have gotten distracted. 51.13.

Jog to start, few little drills and then a bit more jogging to cool down. Not a big warm up or down atall.

Tempo run, 13ish mins for 4km down to front. Then 5 mins joggin and into 15x30s on 30s off, would have liked to get to a nice round 20 but my form started going so I didn't push it. Then 5 min jog to get loose again and a longer/hillier/slower 4.5km back home. was doing just under 200m in the 30s and was pushing at about 85-90%. Still got a cold and it don't seem to be getting better. Bout 15 mins down, 5 min jog and drills, 15 min intervals, 5 min jog, 25 min run home.

Went out for a tempo run as I didn't fancy doing intervals with the remnants of a cold. Was aiming to do 10km but the darkness forced me home. It was a very hilly and very marshy 8km so not bothered about distance

Did usual circuit, 10 mins bike, circuit, bike, circuit, bike, circuit. most core work I've done.
