So my foot was a bit sore walking to the shop yesterday, then it got quite bad whilst out mapping so I was unsure about running home. Was like a 3 or 4 when I started running, then rose to 5/6 after about 40 minutes, stayed there for a bit and then the last 15 minutes I didn't feel a thing. Not been sore before so a bit worried but I'll play it by ear.

Meant to go for a run last night but was pretty tired after working a lot of the day. Decided to get around this problem by running back from the area today. Very boring route following the main road. Did 15 x 1min on, 1 min off on the way. Pushing from not very hard on the first to very hard on the last ones as my legs warmed into them. Very uninspiring route so will have a look at a map to see if I can find a more interesting one.

6 loops on quite a nice forest. Hung the first, took it easy on the next four and then ran hard the last. One big mistake early on but then pretty clean with just small mistakes.

3 x 8mins (2mins) around songsvann at around threshold, i.e not flat out. Struggled with a stitch the whole way which would have made it pretty hard to push flat out anyway.
