So I have been training. Not very well but I haven't been doing nothing so that's a positive. Last few weeks have been a bit manic but all ready for things to begin to settle down now.

I am still going to have to take a few weeks to get used to things and start training well again. Although I seem to be able to train ok at the end of the day but I have to carry a bag if I run home which makes things awkward.
