Went out in short and a t shirt and it was freezing so raced around. Feeling very up for running now.

First lap and half of welsh cross country, started comfortable and started going backwards. Sacked it in not feeling well atall

Short intervals with ralph. 4 sprints of about 100m, 4 accelerations and 10 hill sprints. Not a big session but hip hurting and i enjoyed it.

Note

Fell off bike. Landed on left side and smacked my hip and shoulder. Hip really sore and shoulder a bit off now.
