Elliptical at SJU. I was breathing hard but my heart rate stayed reasonable.

Class at SJU. Major sweating going on but felt strong.

A very worrisome outing. Hill repeats with Sandy; the plan was for 4. Had 20 lb. pack. My legs felt fine but my breathing was awful. Felt light headed and had to sit down and rest after 2 to get my breathing back to normal and decided to call it a day. On the way back, any little uphill had me out of breath. I know I was a little dehydrated, but I don't know if that would be a factor. I have not been out of breath like that while hiking ever, only running. Tired, sure, but not breathing like that.

Will try again on Wednesday and drink tons between now and then.

Had some errands to do so hiked over to Chestnut Hill to do them. Pleasant on the way there pretty humid on the way back. Actual blue sky for a bit of it despite the forecast with was for scattered thunderstorms all day.

Carried my pack but took the weights out to make room. Much nicer! :)

Twice around the meadow loop (in case I needed to stop after one) with 20lb pack and poles. Not too bad out - not pleasant by any means but my bandana seemed to dry out a bit between swipes of my face so it couldn't have been too humid.

Achilles still a bit sore but there doesn't seem to be much to do about it except continue the heel drops and heel raises and other exercises.

Stairs. No doubles but wearing 20 lb. pack. Wanted to quit at 20 mins but made it to 40. Pretty mind numbing but better than outside I think.
