This was a mix of a treadmill workout until the fuse in the garage blew, then after I fixed the problem the workout restarted and there was no way to fast forward to the spot where it stopped. So I let the workout run for about 20 minutes while I did a mix of PT and strength stuff and then hopped back on the treadmill for the last 10 minutes of the workout. Not pretty but I got done what I planned just not in the order I planned.

And the hike back down. I took my hiking backpack I could have my hiking poles with me knowing the downhill would be brutal. Used one pole fort about half and then took out the other one for the really steep part.

Data is bogus but time is good. I did two hiking workouts - the first really pushing with about 500ft of climb, the second relatively flat at a slightly faster pace.
