Decent outing although I don't think my route to 3 was the best - some sort of around might have been faster. But I knew I was going around on the way back so I thought I'd try straighter for this one. Got pushed around and had to backtrack a few times so around was probably better. The second half of the course was mostly on trails and through the built up areas and I actually jogged in a few places.

It was a pretty grey day and I thought about not going but eventually made it out the door. There was a bit of blue sky on the drive out but then it clouded up again by the time I got there. I got rained on (a bit of hail actually) for a very short bit but it wasn't bad. The drive home though was rainy the whole time. Glad I went. Makes me hopeful that I'll survive West Point.

So happy! Made an Usynligo course for Lost Lakes last night and went and did it this afternoon. Not particularly speedy but no real errors. Time includes the walk to start and back from finish.

Very wet out there. My feet got wet and so cold on the walk to start but once I got going on the course I didn't notice them. But I still tried not to step into any water.

So much fun. It's been a while since I've had that feeling.
