Down in Alabama again working on sorting out some lingering issues. A successful day figuring things out as well as avoiding the intermittent rain showers.
Exercises at the PT office; they added a few more in. But, in order to keep it manageable at home (and more likely that I'll do them) there are a few that I don't need to do every day. I will alternate them to keep the total time down to about 20 minutes.
And finally someone showed me a really easy way to foam roll my IT band against the wall; my shoulders just couldn't manage it trying to do it laying down. Seems so obvious now but it just never occurred to me to do it standing up.
