PT session. I decided to see a physical therapist about some discomfort I've been feeling in my right leg. Every time I sit for a while, when I stand up the first few steps are really uncomfortable. It was getting pretty bad the last time I drove to Alabama, enough so I had to be careful every time I stopped and got out of the car. Once I get moving it's fine but those first few steps are really awkward. This was the exercise portion of the initial evaluation visit.

A Kelly workout. Much more satisfying than the iFit ones - just felt like I worked harder. I guess having Kelly come up with the workouts tailored to me was worth it; I may have to see about doing more with her. But it makes it easy to decide not to continue the iFit subscription.
