Orienteering at the Water Gap on a course from Greg. I got tired of waiting for the GPS signal to lock in so I just started. It seems to have picked it up about halfway through. Then I forgot to stop my watch after I finished so I adjusted things randomly. Close enough. I didn't want Greg to have to wait too long for me so I just did the course he designed as a Score-O and lopped off two loops.
Really nice orienteering. The club is trying to get permission to map this general area and hold a big event. Definitely worth it. Would be nice to have the event when the ferns haven't opened yet, but even with them out it wasn't bad - at least where I went.

Decided I wanted to try jogging again but this time I did it on a loop around the small lake in the development that has a trail around it. Also jogged a short section of a very slightly uphill road. Walked the rest and not particularly fast. The track makes it look like I didn't go much faster jogging than walking, but my heart rate was definitely way higher!

Flys and bridges on the big ball were the tricky moves today. Other things were hard work as I keep trying to use the 10lb weights for a lot of things. But I definitely think I'm improving.
