Last session I have on cards. Everything with 10lb weights.

I only had 5s when the pandemic hit and so started the sessions with Kelly using only those and couldn't find anything heavier when I tried to buy some. Eventually found a 15lb kettlebell, then a while later 8lb hand weights and used those for a long time, and then finally was able to find 10s in February of this year.

Very humid. I was expecting to get rained on which didn't happen but I doubt I would have been much wetter! Not sure where the speed came from - perhaps the jogging? I didn't feel like I was pushing any harder than usual.

It's been raining all day so I was just going to take the day off but I felt a little antsy. Decided I would try a little more jogging but nothing crazy so I did 40 paces walking followed by 40 jogging. Not enough to get out of breath or to feel like it was a lot of work but I definitely went faster than when I just walk so it was a good thing to do. And I didn't go very far, just enough to start easing back into more of it. I also don't want to do too much jogging on asphalt.

One more workout from Kelly to go and I will have gone through all the ones I wrote down. Not sure what I'll do after that. Other than drive down to Birmingham. Which, come to think of it, is exactly what I did after the last session I actually did with Kelly.

A while ago I was thinking of joining a local gym but I'm not so sure about that anymore.
