Field checking courses for the Hickory Run training weekend. An absolutely gorgeous day. Found someone's credit card on the ground by my car when I got back; turned it in to the office. First time I've been in the new office when there have been people around. It's pretty nice. Also, charging stations for electric vehicles! Very impressed by that.

Workout from Jan. 27. It seemed really hard and it was tempting to go down in weight or cut out reps but I managed to get through the whole thing. I was going to whine about getting old and weak but I read my entry from the first time I did it and it was hard that time, too! Guess it was just a tough workout.
