Note

Yesterday was a planned rest day. I wasn't sure what I was going to do today but ended up going in to SJU and cleaning out my office. This involved a 2 trips of carrying empty bins up the stairs - 3rd floor of an old building with high ceilings so about 50 steps altogether - and then 4 trips carrying full bins back down and out to my car. But my office is now cleaned out. I wonder if I will ever go back on campus for anything. I am doing a little mentoring this spring but it's all on-line.

So not really a workout, but not a day spent sitting around doing nothing.

Workout from 11/11.

Could not sleep last night so was really dragging all day today and did not want to go outside in the cold. So I decided to just do the weight workout and skip the walk.

I don't know why I couldn't sleep. I usually can fall asleep no problem but I was restless and jittery all evening and it didn't stop after getting into bed and reading for a while. I had my one cup of coffee first thing in the morning and got plenty of fresh air and exercise so have no idea why last night was any different than any other night. But I eventually got up and watched tv and did crossword puzzles until about 3am, went back to bed and finally fell asleep around 4.
