Classfit. Rigged heavier weights by wrapping some old 2.5lb ankle weights around the 5lb hand weights. A little awkward to hold, but worked well enough.

I thought it would be brutally hot out, but it wasn't that bad.
Drifted way right on #2 (chose not to use the trail since this is training and I don't need to train running on a trail, well I do, but that wasn't today's goal) but then had to bail to the trail and re-attack. But that was the only real error.
Visibility is way better than at Lost Lakes so features were visible from a distance making most of the navigating straightforward. Not trivial, and I had lots of hesitations, but I pretty much went right to everything else, or only had to correct a bit like on #14 when I realized I had dropped a contour or two and needed to be higher but that was halfway through the leg not at the end. The app sometimes took it's time agreeing I was where I was supposed to be, but I didn't mind the few seconds of rest while I waited since I was generally pretty confident I was in the right spot.
Very different terrain than Lost Lakes. Lots of blueberry but I don't think I saw any rhododendron. Very few water features, and most I was near were completely dry. Big contours with lots of rock (with many mappable features unmapped) and grassy hilltops. A couple spots with nice views even.
Thanks to Greg for making these maps and setting the courses.
About 3 hours of pulling weeds and dead flowers. Back was pretty sore when I decided I was hot enough and had had enough, but I lay down for 20 minutes and it felt fine afterwards.

Classfit circuit workout. I only remembered to start my watch after the first circuit.
