Class at the gym. Although the name of the class is the same ("total body fitness plus abs" or something like that) the class today was almost all legs and no arms whereas the Friday class is more arms than legs. The two together make a good combo.

Some more streamering at Gould Run. It was misty and foggy on the drive up and it was cloudy on the drive home, but an absolutely stellar day while I was out in the woods with full sun and blue skies. So glad I got up there today when I did! Added a couple streamers for Greg and revisited the ones he didn't find to convince myself they were okay (I really think they are) and also revisited the one I mishung and I understand now what I did. I was in the right place initially but it was a case of 10 dot knolls not the 3 that were mapped and I couldn't figure out what was what and then we started wandering trying to find something definite to work from and I didn't realize we had drifted down the hill. It was also one of the last we hung so a bit tired. Today though, everything was coming up when I expected and everything made sense.

In the category of you have to start somewhere, even if it's the hundredth restart of the same thing, I walked down to the drive and jogged half a mile, and then hiked back up doing two bits of jogging for 100 paces. It was not easy and I was breathing hard but I got it done. Now for the hard part where this really is the start of something and not a one off.
