That time of year again. Working on a happy new year course at Ft. Washington. Need to make some map updates - hence some of the back and forth trying to sort out where the trails go. The woods are extremely open compared to 5 years ago when I last did this there.

I was all set to do double this but I started to get really chilled (it wasn't all that cold out but I didn't have any extra layers with me) and just feeling all over blah. I suppose I could have pushed on but it didn't seem like a good idea.

I haven't been sleeping all that well lately and I am going to chalk it up to that.
