Yay! Able to do 5 hours without damage. Tired but nothing hurts. Put out 14 more stakes for the rogaine and collected the 10 streamers I had put out last fall for a training I had designed. Well, 9 really. Couldn't find the 10th; I know I was in the right spot but there seemed to be newly downed trees that I don't remember so I'm guessing the streamer is buried in there somewhere.

Didn't use my compass - the contour information is so rich that you just don't need it if you're going slowly. The rogaine controls are all pretty easy (11 hilltops, 2 spurs and a reentrant) but the training streamers were a little tougher. Only messed up twice and knew I might have been heading on not quite the right bearing so was able to correct quickly once I got to an obvious feature.

The woods are still great although they are greening up a good bit. But just a loss of visibility; no thorny stuff or anything hard to move through.

Only 20 more to go. Not sure I can do what's left in one day but if I keep building up endurance maybe.

There's a new general store/deli that opened up at the Bushkill Falls light. I've been watching it close, get boarded up, then get rehabbed and now be opened over the last several years. Finally stopped and checked it out. Really nice inside and good food to boot.

This felt a lot harder than a week ago. But it's to be expected. Amused myself thinking about whether what I was seeing was only just my own reality.

PT routine #1 that Julie devised for me. Lots of walking funny with bands around my ankles, plus some more regular stuff plus core.

Nice run of the meadow loop with Sandy. We actually ran a good bit of it today.

My PT gave me some nice routines to do for my hip flexors, glutes and hamstrings. Hopefully things will continue to improve. They are at a point now where it's not a big deal and I don't think about it most of the time, but it would be nice if it went away completely.

Could not sleep last night even though I went to bed extra early since I felt so tired. Finally fell asleep around 3am. Really didn't want to do anything when I got home from work today, but decided to get outside and hike the meadow loop. Nothing exciting but at least I did something.
