But then I felt like a total wuss so did the core dvd.

Saw Star Wars with Scott. That was fun. Watched a lot of Dr. Who yesterday. That was also fun.

Took a bad fall on a wet, slimy wooden bridge, but just bruised. Should have worn spikes like yesterday.

A run in the deserted, foggy and rainy Wissahickon. On the other hand, it is now pouring and thundering and lightning, so happy I got out when I did!

Hit stop instead of lap on the watch for the section along the drive, but the total time is right. Ran more than previous times.

Also, have added single leg knee bends to my morning drills and they are paying off. When I started about 5 weeks ago, I could not bend my right knee at all without holding on to something and taking some of the weight on my arms. Now I can do 20 without holding on and am slowly getting lower the more I do them. I should have been doing these for the last 20 years but better late than never! Anyway, the payoff is that going downhill is starting to feel less precarious and I actually jogged some of them today. Who knew.

Yoga/Pilates 40:00 [3]

A different yoga dvd. This one was more about strength. The arm stuff was pretty much a disaster. I really should investigate what's wrong with my shoulder a little more thoroughly.
