Hill repeats. Seemed much easier than the last set when I only did 6. Yay for progress.

And as usual, all the downs are longer than the ups. The one that's close I forgot to hit the button. The trail was pretty good but icy in spots so you had to pay attention but nowhere near as bad as last Tuesday. This was good since I had on my hiking boots not my studded shoes since it's really cold out and the boots are much warmer.

TNT Media - track work out. Had a plan and stuck to it; 3 miles alternating jogging and walking laps. The anomalous heart rate was from when I was tightening the strap since it somehow had come loose.

Nice dinner afterwards with a guest appearance by sgb.

Last day before classes start. Totally vegged out.

On the good news front, I have a combination of ointment for the skin around my eyes and eye drops for in my eyes that are making a huge difference in how much they itch and tear. Should have gone to the doctor sooner.

Also thinking about getting a humidifier installed.

Messed up on the watch for intervals and set it for 1 mile instead of 1 minute repeats. So stopped the workout and fixed it and started again. We decided that between not having been doing any running and the very icy conditions on the drive, 10 intervals of 1 minute jog, 1 minute walk was just right for us - me, Sandy and Bob - this evening. Karl went and did his own thing and then we feasted on his amazing bean soup.
