There was snow on the ground, not much but some, and I totally overreacted and was way overdressed. But toasty warm. Roads were very slippery.

No idea why I was pokey this morning - didn't feel like it. Tough getting going this morning; it helped knowing a few people might notice.

Abs pretty sore so stuck to some planks and then yoga with a bunch of balance stuff. I also have a weird arm injury that hasn't gone away in 6 weeks so might have to do something more than just ignore it.
