Half of Karl's 4 corner run in the Wissahickon with Sandy. Her Garmin says 11.4 miles and if anything, I went a bit further from my house to our meeting spot. So a little unsure about how far it really is.

This was tougher than I expected.

TNT - Extended Indian loop with Sandy and Bob although Bob took off about half way through and then a little later I had to stop jogging at all as my left knee was really complaining.

My heartrate was pretty high given how slowly we were going.
