cardio 20:00 [3]

Stair workout (2 x 8 minutes with 2 min rest and warmup).

This after several hours of yard work. The bugs were awful today.

TNT at the Rileys to celebrate Vadim's birthday. Did a fun little O course with Ann that Wyatt set. Wasn't moving very fast but jogged way more than I thought I would be able to.

Fastest rogaine recovery ever I think.

Fabulous food. Vadim is a grillmeister!

Note

Some much needed yard work yesterday and today. I stuck it out for about 2 hours this evening but then the bugs were too much.

Note

Had a massage. Aahhh....

Feet still a little tender and puffy, blood blister under the toenail still a bit painful but not to the point where I need to drill a hole to relieve the pressure, and my neck is still really tight. But legs and hips and knees all feel okay.

strength & stretching 20:00 [3]

Lots of stretching to work out the kinks. No energy to do much else today.

A few tender spots but nothing too bad. Worst is my neck - really stiff. The only thing I can think of that might have caused it is perhaps I slept on it funny when I dozed in the back of my car for a bit on the drive home.

Not sure if the blood blister under my big left toe is of the "lose the nail" variety or if it will subside and be okay. Only time will tell. At least the pressure is not as bad as it's been on previous occasions.

Feet a little tender and puffy, but again, not too bad. Mostly just moving slowly and deliberately.
