Got an email from Sandy yesterday asking if I wanted to do the 15K (one loop) of the Double Trouble at FC. For some reason that I can't fathom I said sure.

We jogged many flats and downhills, walked all the uphills but kept up a good pace. Great company.

Glad I did it. I probably would have sat home all day otherwise; even though I intended to go to FC anyway to do some course setting I probably would have found reasons to stay home. Now to recover by next weekend.

I think our official time is a little less - I forgot to stop my watch right away. But I think the official distance is a little bit more. My watch seems to register less mileage than everyone else.

2 x 10 minutes of going up and down stairs with 13lb pack, followed by RTP. Bought some 5 lb weights this weekend which made some of the exercises both harder (more weight) and easier (not trying to hold large bottles).
