Had thought about driving down to Fountainhead but it just didn't seem worth it.

Did 5.5 miles on the drive so probably about 7 miles altogether with the down to the drive and back up. Jogged half, walked half on the drive so jogged 3 miles.

Talked a few TNTers into trying the core dvd. The side planks are improving.

Then some rousing rounds of BH; with Ann on vocals we rocked. She had the moves down.

Morning hike before the rain sets in for the day. Dark when I started so thought about just walking the roads, but by the time I got to the trail head it was getting light so went the usual route.

Hiked the loop that I use as my test run.

Got home from school early and decided to run the loop.

Wore headphones which I've never done before while running (only while hiking) and listened to music which I've definitely never done before (usually listen to audiobooks) and found it really helped to keep me moving.

Walked the really steep hill in the middle, a bit of the hill right before the final meadow section and from the crosswalk home.

Yoga DVD. Did the whole thing instead of stopping at 40 minutes even though I modified big time. Worked up a sweat towards the end but knee was getting sore.

I was at the SCEE for a meeting about summer activities for the interns on my grant and decided to hike the trails when I was done. Nice day for a hike.

TNT - Hill repeats with Sandy. These were hard - haven't done them in a long time and it showed. Had to talk myself into a certain number of paces that I could jog for before having to walk. Pretty depressing to look at the graph and see just how little climb it was (not even 30m) and realize I couldn't sustain a jogging pace up the whole thing. Will have to do these more regularly and see if that can't be improved.

Nice dinner afterwards with Ann, Bob and Karl. And a fabulous addition to the soup lineup.
