Got home from Boston in time to go for a run before it got dark.

Stopped by the Saeger/Karpinski household to deliver some NAOC brochures to Sam and Ross to take back to Sweden. Several folks there and fun to see people.

At the hotel gym. Better than nothing after sitting through math talks all day.

Couldn't figure out what all the different settings did so just had it at a reasonable ramp level and resistance level so that 150 strides per minute was hard work but not impossible.
