20-25-15-15-25 again. Was hoping it would feel easier but it didn't. That could be because of yoga last night - arms didn't really get a rest day.

TNT sort of fizzled tonight - it was only going to be me and Jim and I really didn't want to go outside tonight and Jim decided not to bother. But I did the core workout, tired arms and all.
I had steeled myself for hiking in the sleet and rain this morning but was pleasantly surprised by a dusting of snow on the ground but no precipitation and reasonable temperatures while hiking.

Yoga/Pilates (yoga class) 1:15:00 [3]
I really liked tonight's class - for whatever reason we just did mostly things that I like. Was able to kick up and hold my handstands for more than a second for the first time in a long time. I think probably the push ups are the reason for that. Just stronger all around. Back-bends are still pretty pathetic though.
