OK - the start of a new training plan. Core or yoga workout twice a week, and hiking, biking, or jogging outings totalling 2 hours each week. This should be easy but I want to set goals that I can attain so I keep to it. I also want to lose 8 lbs. in the next two months. Again, shouldn't be too hard since I'm packing quite a bit extra at the moment.
And to complete the new start, I got my hair cut short again.
