TNT - 3 miles on the drive with Jim while Bob did more. I didn't get good splits but the two miles were at about 10:15 and the third considerably slower at around 11:00. But I kept moving which was a big accomplishment.

Big full moon, clear sky. Also a little cold - my legs never really warmed up. Guess I need to start wearing more layers.

Yoga/Pilates 1:15:00 [1]

A gentle yoga class this evening, with some good stretching and balance work. It was about right for my frame of mind. Glad I went.
