Hiked the trails of the Wissahickon. Tried to jog a bit but it wasn't happening.

Yoga/Pilates 1:15:00 intensity: (45:00 @0) + (30:00 @1)

Pretty low energy class. But my back bend is coming along nicely.

Hiked over to Chestnut Hill through the Wissahickon to do some errands including mailing all the USOF ranking patches.

TNT - running around the track with Dasha and various other people who slowed down to our pace. Chatting away the whole time. Don't like my new shoes so much for running.

Walked around the track continuing to chat away and lost all track of time. We were just walking to keep warm while waiting for everyone else to finish; they thought we were doing something intentional and were waiting for us.

TNT 2 miles on the drive with Sandy. Tried to go hard since we were only doing two. Did the first in 9:39, took a 3:30 rest, then the second in 9:45. Felt like I was working a lot harder than that!! Hopefully residual from Saturday.
