Yoga/Pilates 1:15:00 intensity: (15:00 @0) + (20:00 @2) + (20:00 @3) + (20:00 @4)

Yoga class. Can see some small improvements in certain things.

Note

Lots of yard work clearing out stuff that's died and cutting back things that have gotten scraggly. Did about half the yard, not sure when I'll get to the other half...

trail 35:04 [3]

Woohoo! I actually ran today. Short hill loop. I had to make a deal with myself that if I didn't stop on any of the trails, I could walk from the crosswalk.

Despite some lingering swelling and tenderness to the touch, my ankle felt fine for running and my bad knee felt fine. But still something going on behind the kneecap on my good knee.

Level II yoga class. Arms pretty worthless this evening. Can hold a headstand for a good bit again though and am getting close to a backbend. And I even think my knees bent further than usual at times which is really good news.

You can seem me all nice and clean going by on my way out (#167), oops I skipped a control and had to turn around right away (#170), and then pass by again (#176), and then the return trip covered in mud: #190 and #191.
