orienteering 7:00:00 [3]

Hudson Highlander. Let's see, what to say...

I finished and wasn't last. (Two very important goals!)
The weather was perfect.
I didn't make many errors although with all the trail options it was one of the easier HH's I've done.
Peter Goodwin was an excellent person to hang with.
Maintained the same pace for most of the race, mostly walking, very little running, was pretty strong on the uphills, but by the end the downhills were brutal and the last few were pretty slow.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself but my knees and hips ache and I really think this needs to be my last one. It's too bad, since they're fun.

running 47:00 [3]

TNT - 4 loops with Dasha around the soccer fields at the high school, each loop a little over a mile; pretty slow pace...

Yoga/Pilates 45:00 [3]

Decent workout today; we're starting to do a lot more.

running 1:01:12 [3]

TNT - ran with Sandy. Ran down to the trailhead then back up the hill home as my headlamp wasn't working, changed the batteries, then back down all the way to the drive, did 3 miles on the drive at 10 minute pace, then managed to jog the whole hill home. A somewhat weird workout, but a good one nonetheless.

Yoga/Pilates 40:00 [1]

Nice stretches and strength poses. Managed to pull a muscle in my side though and irritate my left knee again. Bummer. Will have to think about whether it's worth continuing to go if I keep stressing my knee. I guess I gave up karate for the same reason.
