Rode the Valley Forge bike path to Conshohocken and back. It's about 2 miles downhill to the Schuylkill River, 4 miles to Conshohocken on totally flat, 4 miles back and then 2 miles uphill to finish.
Did about 15 minutes of stretching, crunches and push ups after I got home.
