Short early morning hike in light drizzle.

strength & stretching 5:00 [3]

5 sets of 20 pushups, 20 situps. These were spread out over half an hour or so with doing various chores between sets. Not sure whether it's more beneficial to do fewer in a short period of time or do more but spread out.
